Engineer was excellent & very quick & efficient. Texted to see if he could come earlier which I missed but he came an hour into our allotted 4 hr slot & despite having 2 meters it only took him an hour. He was also a charming chap which made the whole thing easy. We're now obsessively watching the monitor going up!!

Good customer service
I was impressed that I didn’t have to wait very long to speak to a real human being when I phoned Customer Services regarding my new Electricity tariff. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and, as part of a new contract, I was obliged to have a Smart Meter (which I didn’t really want) but had to agree to. A very pleasant young man turned up at the designated time and I was kept informed by plenty of texts beforehand. The installation didn’t quite go to plan but the engineer sorted the problem out. It was all fine and I couldn’t fault them. Hopefully the meter will work correctly. Time will tell.
